Updated: 25th March 2020
After reviewing how the latest government advice and guidance on the Coronavirus outbreak affects our business, we feel we can continue relatively normally at this stage. We are an internet-based business that operates from buildings within the boundaries of our home and as the delivery networks are still working, we don’t feel there needs to be any changes to how we work to remain in full compliance with the current Government advice to help keep people safe. If or when that advice changes then we will reassess and update this page.
Previously Ordered Your Invites With Us?
If you have previously ordered your wedding invites from us and would like them reprinted with the new date and any other updated info, then we can of course do this and offer you a 50% discount.
Change the Date Card
An A6 card in the matching design to your invites to say you have had to postpone the wedding and informing guests of the new date. We can ask guests to RSVP by email/text to confirm if they can make the new date. Offering 50% discount to couples that have previously ordered invites from us, so are 75p each including envelope. Minimum order is 20.
We can provide you with an image of your main invite with the amended date for you to send out to your guests via email/message/WhatsApp etc. This will be free and will be the speedier option. Please note: this will not be a print ready file, just an image to share.
For any of the above, please get in touch by email confirming your name and your original order number, which option you’d like and how many you need (where applicable) and your new wedding date and we can sort this out for you.
New Orders – What Can We Do?
If you’re not sure whether your wedding will go ahead but also need to order your day stationery in case it does, then we understand this is a tricky situation to be in. To cover both scenarios then we can simply remove the date from your order of service and table plan. This way it can be used for the original day as planned but could also be reused at a later date if necessary. Menus, table names/numbers and place names can all be reused too, so those should not be wasted.
If your wedding is later in 2020 then fingers crossed it will still go ahead as planned. However, we can ask your guests to RSVP by email/phone, or if you would like to include RSVP cards with your invites then we can add a line for guests to fill in their email/number. This way you will have a guest list with a direct way of getting in contact with them all with an update if anything should change closer to the time. If your wedding does gets postponed then any of the above invite options would also be available to you.
