Order of Service
Let your guests know what is happening and when on your wedding day with a handy Order of Service. Available as printed, stapled Booklets or as DIY Covers in which you can insert your own pages. Order one per guest or one between two and make sure you add 5-10 spare. You will need to confirm the order of your service with your vicar/registrar beforehand, as each one can be different and unique to each couple and venue. If you are unsure what you need, just email me at: [email protected] with your finalised order of service and I can advise on what would be the best option for you.

DIY Cover Only:
Luxury 250gsm textured A5 folded card printed with your names, venue, wedding date and time on the front. The background design will wrap around to the reverse of the card, with the words “and they lived happily ever after” on the back. The inside will feature the background design and you will need to layout, print, trim, fold and insert your own inside paper sheet(s).
The booklets feature a luxury 250gsm textured A5 folded card outer cover printed with your names, venue, wedding date and time on the front. The design wraps around to the reverse of the booklet, with the words “and they lived happily ever after” on the back. Inside, your order of service details will be printed on 120gsm textured paper which is stapled into the cover to create a neat little booklet that is ready to go.
There are two paper insert options:
6 Page Booklet: Up to six A5 internal pages including the inside of the front and rear cover.
10 Page Booklet: Up to ten A5 internal pages including the inside of the front and rear cover.
Less than 6 weeks to your wedding?
Please be aware that you’ll need to provide your Order of Service wording within 2 days via email to ensure delivery in good time before your wedding day.
After placing an order I will be in touch to request any wording/further details needed. Once I have everything I need from you, I will then create a digital artwork proof of your stationery and email this over within 2-3 working days.
It is important at this stage that you check your proofs very carefully to ensure you are happy that there are no errors as what you approve is what will go to print. If any amendments are needed then let me know and I can adjust and the artwork which will then come back to you for approval.
Once approved and sent to print, your stationery should arrive back within 2 weeks and you’ll get an email notification to let you know it’s on its way.

Delivery is free in the UK and Northern Ireland for samples and orders over £75
For orders under £75 there is a £4.50 delivery charge
Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail or courier with a transit time of 1-2 days and will need a signature on delivery.

What to do and when…
Save the Date Cards:
Send out 9-12 months before your wedding day. 12-18 months if your wedding is abroad.
Send out 4-8 months before your wedding day. 8-12 months if your wedding is abroad.
On the Day Stationery:
Ideally you’ll need to place your order at least 6 weeks before your wedding. If you have left it any later, it may still be possible but you’ll need to get in touch
Thank You Cards:
After your wedding day, once you have your professional photos back and have chosen a suitable shot.
