Place Name Cards
Let your guests know where to sit at their table with cute little place name cards. These come in 2 formats, flat or folded. Either can be individually printed with guest names or left blank to write your own in for a more budget friendly option.
Minimum quantity is 40
Finished size of 80 x 35mm with background design repeated on reverse. These can also be punched with a 6mm hole in the top left corner so you can tie to something if desired. These can be displayed in a holder or simply placed onto your guests plates.
Folded Tent Card
Finished folded size of 80 x 35mm on the front with background design carried onto reverse. These will arrive flat for ease of transport with pre-creased fold.
Guest Name Printing
You can have either of the options above pre-printed with your guest’s names. If you know your guest list already, please download our place names template here and fill it in. It can then be uploaded when adding this item to the basket. If you don’t have this info yet, just place your order and we’ll be in touch to collect
Less than 6 weeks to your wedding?
Please be aware that you’ll need to provide your guest list either by uploading it below or within 2 days via email to ensure delivery in good time before your wedding day. Please download and use our template here to send us the place name guest list.
All text is customisable in a font of your choice. You can download the font list here.
After placing an order I will be in touch to request any wording/further details needed and confirm your font choices. Once I have everything I need from you, I will then create a digital artwork proof of your stationery and email this over within 2-3 working days.
It is important at this stage that you check your proofs very carefully to ensure you are happy that there are no errors as what you approve is what will go to print. If any amendments are needed then let me know and I can adjust and the artwork which will then come back to you for approval.
Once approved and sent to print, your stationery should arrive back within 2 weeks and you’ll get an email notification to let you know it’s on its way.

Delivery is free in the UK and Northern Ireland for samples and orders over £75
For orders under £75 there is a £4.50 delivery charge
Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail or courier with a transit time of 1-2 days and will need a signature on delivery.

What to do and when…
Save the Dates:
Send out 9-12 months before your wedding day. 12-18 months if your wedding is abroad.
Send out 4-8 months before your wedding day. 8-12 months if your wedding is abroad.
On the Day Stationery:
Ideally you’ll need to place your order at least 6 weeks before your wedding. If you have left it any later, it may still be possible but you’ll need to get in touch
Thank You Cards:
After your wedding day, once you have your professional photos back and have chosen a suitable shot.
