Table Plan Cards
Direct your guests to their tables with a seating plan displayed somewhere eye catching on the way to your wedding reception dinner. These are printed on luxury 320gsm textured card and available in A5 or A6 size, printed the same on the front and reverse.
Also included is a complimentary landscape title card with your names and wedding date. All other cards (including top table) will be created in portrait format. So just enter the total quantity of tables you have altogether, including top table-if you have one!
If you know your seating arrangements already, please download our table plan template here and fill it in. It can then be uploaded when adding this item to the basket. If you don’t have this info yet, just place your order and we’ll be in touch to collect.
Minimum quantity is 8 – if you have less than 8 tables you can still order but you’ll need to pay for a total of 8.
A5 – approx. 148mm x 210mm
A6 – approx. 105mm x 148mm

Use this set of cards to be creative and display them in your own unique way. On a rustic ladder amongst jam jars of flowers, stuck onto a frame/mirror backdrop or strung along some string with pretty little pegs. Or you could hole punch and hang from an indoor tree or chandelier at eye level. Anything is possible!

Please be aware that you’ll need to provide your seating plan information either by uploading it below or within 2 days via email to ensure delivery in good time before your wedding day. Please download and use our template here to send us the information.
All text is customisable in a font of your choice. You can download the font list here.
After placing an order I will be in touch to request any wording/further details needed and confirm your font choices. Once I have everything I need from you, I will then create a digital artwork proof of your stationery and email this over within 2-3 working days.
It is important at this stage that you check your proofs very carefully to ensure you are happy that there are no errors as what you approve is what will go to print. If any amendments are needed then let me know and I can adjust and the artwork which will then come back to you for approval.
Once approved and sent to print, your stationery should arrive back within 2 weeks and you’ll get an email notification to let you know it’s on its way.

Delivery is free in the UK and Northern Ireland for samples and orders over £75
For orders under £75 there is a £4.50 delivery charge
Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail or courier with a transit time of 1-2 days and will need a signature on delivery.

What to do and when…
Save the Date Cards:
Send out 9-12 months before your wedding day. 12-18 months if your wedding is abroad.
Send out 4-8 months before your wedding day. 8-12 months if your wedding is abroad.
On the Day Stationery:
Ideally you’ll need to place your order at least 6 weeks before your wedding. If you have left it any later, it may still be possible but you’ll need to get in touch
Thank You Cards:
After your wedding day, once you have your professional photos back and have chosen a suitable shot.
