Samples…

I recommend you ORDER A SAMPLE so you can see the quality and finish of the luxury rustic card I use. Samples are £1.95 and you will receive a folded invitation, insert card, RSVP postcard, tied in string with a tag and envelope with matching blank label in your chosen collection. Unfortunately I cannot offer personalised samples.

Design…

All wording is personalised so it can say whatever you want, and you can choose your own font. If you like the style of my work but would like to have something unique, then I would be very happy to create a new design for you, for a one off fee of £175. I would need as much information as possible about the details of your day and anything significant you would like as part of the design; it would then just be the normal prices for the stationery that you order. I can also adapt an existing design with different colours for a smaller one off fee which is dependent on the work involved and the time it will take; so just let me know what changes you’d like I can work out how much it will be. I absolutely love working with couples on unique designs so what are you waiting for; just get in touch with your ideas my lovely!

 

Quantities…

Remember its not 1 invite per guest, its 1 per household as couples and families go on the same one. Every guest list is different, so you’ll need to go through your list and count up how many you’ll need. Remember it is always best to order extra ( I always recommend 10%) as you may make a mistake when writing them out or you might decide to add some extra guests last minute if other can’t make it. It works out a lot more expensive to do a separate smaller print run at a later date, so please make sure you order more than enough to begin with.

 

Details…

When you are ready to go ahead and place an order, then just get in touch. I will need to know the date of your wedding, what stationery you need including quantities of each, along with the name of the design that you would like.  Once I have received this information, I will get back to you with an order summary and I will send you an invoice. We can then arrange the wording details and fonts etc. and begin creating some very pretty stationery for your wedding! There are 4 stages of stationery; Save the Dates, Invitations, On the Day and Thank you cards. You can place individual orders and pay for just what you need at the time. Alternatively you can place an order for multiple stages of stationery and estimate quantities for future stationery based on your guest list. You will receive a full order summary for everything at the beginning, but you will only be invoiced for the first stage. So we can do Save the Dates or Invitations first and then arrange a date 6 weeks before the wedding to confirm the day stationery details and finalise quantities. You will then be invoiced before work commences on your day stationery and there will be another print run closer to the wedding

Lead times…

Once you have placed an order and I have all the necessary wording details from you, then the magic begins and I can start designing and will email through a digital proof within a few working days. I can then make any amendments as necessary. Once the proof is signed off by you; I can send to the printers and you can get very excited! Your stationery should be back within 14 days and I can then post it to you. There are 4 different stages of stationery; Save the Dates, Invitations, On the Day stationery and Thank you cards. We will start off with Save the Dates or Invitations (whichever you wish) and there will be a process of design, proof, print and delivery. If you have ordered On the Day stationery too, we will arrange a date for when I need the finalised details and quantities 6 weeks before the wedding. There will then be another print run for those bits and should be with you a couple of weeks before your wedding.

Postage…

For UK mainland deliveries there are 2 charges. £10 for large parcels & £6 for small ones. This will be worked out according to what you order and the weight and size of each delivery. Each parcel will be lovingly packaged and will need a signature on delivery, so please make sure it is delivered to an address where someone can sign for it. International delivery is available and is calculated according to destination, so please do get in touch.

Payment…

Payment is easy; you can pay online by credit / debit card, by bank transfer or cheque; please note that work cannot commence until payment is received. Then we can start the exciting process of creating the wedding stationery of your dreams!
